Job Responsibilities

• End to end project execution in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
• Act as central liaison for all Transition activities
• Setting and monitoring schedules, deliverables & milestones to fit the scope and company specifics, Managing customer requirements and acceptances
• Collaboration with the business solution team as well as other IT functions within an organization
• Produce relevant reports accurately, at an agreed frequency & promptly to provide status updates on Transition to all stakeholders.
• Adhere to the agreed escalation process to escalate resource issues, delays in projects, missed deadlines & any other planning/execution issues.
• Monitor the project/program ensuring all risks are captured & mitigation actions are put in place and issues are resolved promptly.
• Develop & maintain communication at all levels across the project organization to facilitate smooth & effective change management leading to effective delivery of a project.
• Contribute to Process improvement & further strengthening of successful Transitions.
• Manage day-to-day Transition Project Communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University graduates with 3 - 5 years of total experience including 2 - 3 years of project management in a multinational environment
• An effective communicator (both written and oral English language) with a strategic outlook, strong work ethic, good interpersonal relationship skills in an international and intercultural environment, and strong negotiation skills.

Skills

• Good understanding of business requirements and strong capability to translate requirements into proper technical language and guide the team in the right direction.
• Considering customer requests and balancing those with the application objective of standardization during project implementation.
