Job Responsibilities

• Should have problem-solving and analytical skills
• Develop and maintain IT Networks
• Monitor network performance, optimize server capacity, secure networks and data
• Testing network protocols and ensuring stable and secure server connectivity
• Monitoring and maintaining in-house products and services
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related queries of the customer

Skills

• Good communication (oral and written) and local language
• Good at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
• Able to explain technical problems easily
